Datafusion Systems has long been committed to human rights as a basic company value. We have adopted rigorous policies and procedures to ensure that customers do not use our products to violate human rights. Datafusion Systems has already implemented or is in the process of implementing key recommendations in the US State Department’s Guidance on Implementing the “UN Guiding Principles” for Transactions Linked to Foreign Government End-Users for Products or Services with Surveillance Capabilities (Sept. 30, 2020). Datafusion Systems’s Grievance Process

Datafusion Systems maintains a Grievance Policy that extends to both internal and external parties who wish to comment on any perceived wrong-doing of our company or its employees (allegations of bribery or corruption or other criminal matters) as well as on specific concerns about potential misuse of our products related to human rights violations. We treat all comments received seriously and with complete confidentiality. Any comments we receive are carefully reviewed by our Ethical Committee which comprises representatives from our senior management, shareholders and – if it is about potential misuse of our products – an impartial external human-rights expert.
